VOLUNTEER
Volunteers play an essential role in helping families experiencing homelessness attain sustainable independence. Please note:
- All volunteer opportunities that involve repeated interaction with families in our program require the completion of a volunteer training and criminal background check.
- We gladly take inquires from groups- Corporations, Congregations, and Scout Troops. Indicate in the Interest Form below that you are representing a group.
- There is no age restriction for volunteers; however, all minors must have a guardian present.
- The above graphic shows all current opportunities for 2026. Volunteers will be notified if any changes have occurred.
- New and returning volunteers, be sure to check the boxes ofall events and opportunities you may be interested in for 2026!

Family Promise of Orange County offers a variety of meaningful internship opportunities for students passionate about making a difference in their community. Interns can gain hands-on experience in several key areas including:
- Communications and Marketing
- Case Management
- Data Analysis
- Community Outreach & Engagement.
Internships are available on a semester or year-round basis. While these positions are unpaid, academic credit is available.
